The Rotary Club of Southampton - Land Acknowledgement Statement

We acknowledge the Traditional Territory of the Anishinabek Nation: the People of the Three Fires known as the Ojibway, Odawa, and Pottawatomie Nations. We also give thanks to the Chippewas of Saugeen and the Chippewas of Nawash, now known as the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, as the traditional keepers of this land and its waters.

As members of the Rotary Club, we are guided by the Rotary values of inclusion, integrity, diversity, service, leadership, and fellowship as we build relationships with our Anishinabek neighbours.
